- Preliminary visits to producers for accreditation, and strategy build up during negotiation
- After defining risks; contract draft preparation for procurement, service, subcontractor, and partnership
- Follow up processesin contract starting from signature to field implementation until finalization of project
- Supplier assessments during implementation based on cost-quality-logistics-cooperation and environment criteria
- Informing customer on time about advantageous and disadvantageous points of contract, making official correspondences within legal time about potential problems in public tenders
- Giving support on contract to be able to finalize the process with minimum deviation as per contract documents
- Planning of periodic visits to factories and head office of pipe producer during order process
- Preparation of detailed daily report drafts of producers for close follow up
Procurement Process Management
- Split of complex procurement chain into pieces, making improvements on each piece including strategy, process study, technology, and human resourcesto increase performance
- Studying more feasible ways of international procurement for the local raw material and semi finished products
- Establishing correct communication among procurement and product development, sales,
operations, logistics, financial services and providing feedback - Generating modules for classical procurement processes, defining demand-approval-order-acceptance processes, preparation of supplier lists and contract templates
